Having waited some time for my order, or promised tracking no. to arrive, I became alarmed after reading reviews from previous shoppers. Happily my order arrived unannounced so all's well. Seems to be a break down in communication between this company and courier service. While both could seem to be at fault, the demands placed on delivery services are going through the roof. I suggest a little patience and hopefully your parcels will be delivered. All is not lost. I would deal with this company again ,product and price were fine if a little tardy in getting here.
