Disgraceful service I'm sorry to say. Whenever I (at least 4 times) called to find out about my order, the phone always went into automatic answer mode informing me that someone will call back within 48 hours. Fair enough. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting.
Email enquiries have also gone unresolved.
I'm not a difficult person, I just expect a reasonable level of service.
My order has now finally arrived. Not good...
