Same as everyone else. Bought dog food on the 14th dec, was told it was despatched then received an email saying sorry for the delay... We will tell you when its despatched - very confusing!!
U requested a refund/cancellation on the 3rd Jan and again on the 17th jan and still waiting. Spoke to my bank who said no refund has been initiated still. Fuming - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
