Poor service but I received the product in the end.
Ordered a dog crate in December and sent three emails chasing company, heard nothing about delivery two weeks later. Tried to call and no answer and none of my message were returned.
Out of the blue mid jan the order is delivered, all correct and working ok hence the 3 stars but communication with this company is terrible. Will not order again.
