Placed my order 6.1.23, never received it. Exchanged emails, 2 weeks later told original order went missing and replacement order would be sent!! Another week on no sign of delivery!! I requested a full refund as I had to buy the products from a local pet store. I am informed a full refund will be made in 5 to 10 days.
Will never place an order with this company again, they are totally unreliable.
