Not only i haven't received my order yet that I've placed on 9th January, but also the lack of communication or updates about the delay of delivery is appalling!
The day after I requested a full refund a sudden message appear that it was dispatched.. what a coinsidence!
So where is my delivery then? Or is it coming from China or America thus the long delivery window?
Because the tracking link doesn't work!
So yeah, very disappointed with the service I've received.
I'm requesting a full refund.
