Just the same as the other reviews, placed my order on the 17th January 2023 and it's now the 31st no sign of my dog food and they have now stopped replying to my emails and they dont answer the phone. I have paid £44 and received nothing. I strongly advise not to use this company, I have made a complaint via the SHOP app and I'm waiting to hear from them hopefully they can sort this out and get my refund.
