Placed my order on the 9th January, still waiting for delivery. I have emailed multiple times and get the same 'copy and paste' reply apologising for the delay. I asked for a refund or alternatively they send out another bag of food at priority delivery as clearly the other has been lost. I also asked for tracking info but they couldn't provide me with it, seems dodgy to me. Not willing to accept responsibility over orders. Received another email to say it's been dispatched and yet a week later still waiting. Looked up reviews elsewhere and poorly rated with other customers having the same issues as me. I'd avoid.
