Item ordered almost 4 weeks ago & not arrived.
Now getting no response from customer service. Phone lines never answered & no response to voicemails. No despatch notification. I have paid in full for an expensive item I can only assume they have not sent. They are now not contactable. Do not use this company you will lose your money based on my experience. Seeking consumer council assistance.
