Still waiting on my dog coat which I ordered over 3 weeks ago. Shocking service. After constant messaging I was told they would send out “a replacement immediately” however they hadn’t sent the original one so I’ve no idea what they were thinking. Again nothing showed and I complained again at which point they gave me an EVRI tracking number and said it had been despatched. Yet another lie as EVRI do t have anything - the tracking comes up blank.
Do NOT use these people.
I’m now trying to obtain a refund as I’m sick to death of this
