My order was placed 16th January. It was sent to their warehouse on the 25th for courier collection. Today is Feb 3rd and I still have not received tracking info from their courier. I have not been able to speak to anyone by phone. I emailed and got a simple 'bot'-style response that I have to wait until I get a courier tracking number. I am unhappy with both the painfully slow processing of my order as well as the poor customer service interphase. I just want my dogfood or my money back. I won,t be shopping with them again any time soon!
