Absolutely shocking - spent £100 on dog food, email from them saying sorry it’s delayed, replied and asked when I can expect delivery, the response was “it’s been dispatched and I should receive shipment number “ nothing from them since, automated telephone system asking for phone number and email address, 7 times I left it plus 6 emails, absolutely fuming 😡 AVOID AT ALL COSTS
