Unfortunately, there is no -10*. My order has supposedly been despatched 2 or 3 times since 31st January 2023 AND a refund given.
NONE OF THIS IS TRUE SO FAR!
I, therefore, cannot rate this company favourably until the matter has been resolved. I also reviewed them on FB. I will review the company again favourably, once they come good, otherwise it goes to Trading Standards. Just want to give them a chance to come good by Monday 13th Feb.
