The dog raincoat was ordered online on 3.1.23 during a period of particularly bad wet weather.
On 11 Jan in a communication from Will in Customer Services I was warned of a delay. I emailed cancelling my order and bought a raincoat from a high street pet shop. Nothing more was heard from Will.
On 6 Feb 2023 the dog raincoat arrived - over 4 weeks from the original order being placed.
