Ordered £86 worth of goods on 29th January. No sign of it. Contacted them on the 6th after waiting a week to ask for them to cancel the order if they were not going to despatch if that day. Got a messsge saying it was getting dispatched that evening and I’d get a tracking number soon. Then nothing for a week. The shop app says it’s been dispatched but no tracking number sent. A week later I’ve asked for a refund as I’ve received nothing and no more comms either.
I ended up ordering the same stuff from the actual manufacturers and it all turned up in 48 hours.
Do yourselves a favour and do not risk ordering from these unneeded shady middlemen. They can’t be trusted to get your dogs food to you in a timely manner.
