Never received my order placed on 31st January. Told it was showing as dispatched on the 6th February and then told it's at the warehouse on the 8th February?? Still waiting for my refund!! Ordered alternative from another company and received 2 days later as promised. Avoid this Not In The Dog House!!! Disgraceful customer service and your dogs will go hungry.
