I placed an order for a Valentines Day item on 1st February which didn’t arrive as expected within the time frame given.
I had to chase it and a replacement was sent out immediately arriving the next day.
Why then was there a delay in the first place if you can get an item to me overnight?
Why did I have to chase it myself and wasn’t kept better informed?
Not impressed and won’t be ordering again.
