I placed an order for Dental sticks on 4th February.
- On 9th February I sent an email to chase my order as I had neither received it, nor had any update.
- In response I received an email from Amy in Customer Services saying my goods had been despatched
- On 11th February I received an update saying "Sorry your order is taking longer than usual" and I would be notified when it was despatched
- On 12th February I sent another email to Customer Services pointing out the two contradictory emails and asking when I might get my order
- On 13th February I received an email saying my order was on its way and I would receive a tracking number from the courier
- It is now 20th February. I still have not received my order, nor any tracking number. What I have received today is a request asking me to review the goods purchased!! If only I could
This is the first time I have ordered from Not in the Dog House and I can safely say it will be the last.
