I note from the many reviews regarding this company that this seems out of character, however, my experience of them is just appalling. I am so angry with the lack of goods, lack of service and now I'm being totally ghosted.
I ordered and paid for 2 x bags of dog food, totalling £48.15 on the 26th January, I am still waiting for delivery as at 13th March. I have repeatedly emailed asking for an update which initially I received a reply simply saying 1) they could seem my order had been dispatched and I should get delivery info shortly....nothing came, then 2) they would re-dispatch the order. No apology for the delay, nothing. A month later still no delivery and now they are ignoring my emails. All I want is my order or now, simply, my money back. I find the lack of customer service awful, no replies to emails and no one EVER answers the phone. I would strongly suggest you avoid this company.
