I ordered dog food it was late and then you said you could not fulfill order and would issue a refund, I chased my refund many times but was totally ignored. So I went to my bank explained what had happened and they refunded me. Several weeks later I receive email saying dog food was on the way I emailed and said please don’t deliver as bank had refunded me when you wouldn’t, unbelievably it still turned up and sits in my house waiting for you to pickup.
Hard to believe but that is the short version incredibly bad service.
