I bought some sprinkles for a LickiMat. I was told that the items had been despatched & I would be sent a tracking link soon. This never arrived, I chased, was told it would be sent soon, it never came, I chased. Eventually, I canceled the order and requested a refund. I was told this had been processed, it didn't appear in my account, I chased, I was told it was re-requested. I'm still waiting for the refund.
I won't use this site again and I recommend that you don't either
