I purchased items off this company in June 2021. They didn't contact me to let me know that the items couldn't be dispatched. Two weeks later I contacted them to chase the order and they said that all 8 items were out of stock. They fobbed me off with promises to send the items asap for months, then with promises of a refund. They kept stringing me along until it was too late for me to claim the money back from my bank. The last time they responded to my emails was in September 2022 with more empty promises. Now they don't even reply when I chase the refund.
