Terrible - I cancelled my order and never received my refund. I then got an email a few weeks later saying it was on it's way. When I emailed again asking why it wasn't cancelled, no one ever got back to me.
Not only is it disorganised but it took weeks. The harness I ordered is too small for my dog but I can't even be bothered to try to return it because it would be far too much effort.
