Wish I'd read the feedback before ordering. Exactly the same story as others have posted.
Ordered on 13th Feb, chased on 22nd Feb and received initial response apologising for delay and advising order was in the warehouse so would hopefully be despatched soon.
Sent follow up email a week later (on 28th Feb) as still no sign of despatch and now radio silence.
Looks like I'll be joining the queue for a refund!
