Extremely poor service. I purchased something and this was dispatched. Nearly 3 weeks later I still hadn’t received my parcel. I tried emailing asking where my parcel was and nobody was responding. I tried calling no answer. All over Facebook there are comments saying do not use them because people had the same issue and didn’t get their items and no refunds. Reported to trading standards
