Avoid this unprofessional and untrustworthy company. I placed an order for a bulk purchase of Wagg training treats on 30 January 2023. Kept chasing to find out at what stage the order was, only to be fobbed off with lame excuses. So on 15 February I cancelled the order and was promised a refund within 5 to 10 days. Have heard no more from them, they fail to respond to my emails, and no money refunded to date. Be very careful!
