I would like to summarise the chain of events that has led us to today...
In September last year I ordered a dog bed which took a phenomenally rapid 22+ days to be delivered and only after several chasers... I thought (clearly incorrectly) that I had been incredibly unlucky in my one experience of dealing with NITDH. Both the cat and the dog love this bed, so I (misguidedly, as it would appear) thought I would offer them another opportunity to redeem themselves when it became clear a second bed would be required.
So on February 3, full of optimism, I placed an order and hoped that by paying the delivery fee of £3, or whatever they have the cheek to charge, I would receive this second bed in a more timely manner.
A week passed, and no sign of anything, but then an email from NITDH! Not a delivery notice, but a delay. Fine, they'd run out of stock and had to source another bed, something it probably shouldn't take a week to establish, but I was at this stage still giving them the benefit of the doubt...
Total silence for another 12 days then I finally get tan email, notifying me it has been dispatched! Yay, thought I. I have paid the delivery charge of £3 so my order should be here in about 3-5 days...!
6 days later, still no sign, so a quick email which is responded to saying "I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly. "
Amazingly it takes 6 days to get tracking info... so I leave it, for another week...still no tracking info...still no bed...BUT NITDH have (and this is incredibly comical) asked me to rate their service... so here I am.
Over one month and no sign of my order, after a similar experience the first time around, I would not hesitate to recommend using any alternative supplier.
