I am very sorry to have to write this but you did ask me. I ordered my products and waited and waited for delivery. I then got an email apologizing for the delay but no info. as to when I would get them. I replied saying I wanted to cancel my order because I had ordered from elsewhere. I did not get a response to this but got an email a few days later saying they were on the way despite my cancellation. A week went by and still no sign of my order or acknowledgment of my cancellation.
