I doubt that this is a bone fide company. Took the order for dog food, took the money and then,nothing. I had to get the food elsewhere and cancelled the order. Received several emails, all mostly saying that they would get back to me. Then got email to say that they would refund my money, followed by another email that said that the order has been dispatched. I have neither the dog food nor the money. Looking at the reviews I can see that this is a common problem. Do not trade with these people
