Really disappointed with the service of this company. Was so excited when I found them as they looked perfect for my spoilt dogs. However delivery was specified as 3-5 working days but after 7 working days still hadn’t dispatched. I had heard nothing from them by way of communication of a delay so as I needed the items for a specific date I emailed them. Their reply just said they were too busy.
No way to encourage people to shop again. And just to note 3.5 weeks later I still haven’t received the items and they ignored my last email!
