I placed my order which was unfulfilled and not even sent out after 5 days! Way too long. I cancelled it and re-ordered with another company that had the order delivered to me the next day - at the same price. Cancelling the order with you was easy and you were positive about this...but I subsequently got another email from you, after you acknowledged my cancellation, telling me that my order with you was on it's way. I subsequently advised you again that the order was cancelled. I think you need to get your delivery process addressed. People will not wait for this length of time when they can have much prompter service at the same price
