I was asked “ We’d love to hear how you and your pet enjoyed these products”
Well, I’d love to tell you, but……. I still haven’t received the order, placed on 20th February. Despite being promised (again and again) that the goods were “in the warehouse” and “will be on their way shortly” l have given up.
I have also been assured that my refund will be transferred within 5-10 working days. Avoid.
