Do not use this company, shocking customer service don't reply to any email, social media messaging or phone calls. Ordered dog food on the 28th February and still no sign on the 13th March, the one and only response I had was stating order had been dispatched but nothing else no courier details, tracking details nothing. I have now raised a formal dispute with Shop over this company
