I ordered dog food which has been paid for and have been waiting ages for the delivery. Though I have been told the order has gone to the warehouse, I have not been given a delivery date.
I have since run out of dog food and have had to buy more at great expense
I have had mediocre response to emails and have not been able to talk to anyone on the phone.
I had wanted to support a family run company instead of a large commercial one, but it seems to have been a bad move
