Order placed on 24th of February and by 10th March still no word on order or shipment. On review of company online i seen that over 50 others had contacted watchdog in BBC to also report no signs of orders although emails from company stating order would be shipped. I sent company email asking for refund with video from watchdog and they have now stated they will refund and could take 5-10 days.
