I placed an order worth over £25 on 25th February which has still not arrived. Several emails from 'Will' saying the order "had been despatched" and still no sign of my purchases.
I do not recommend this company. I am going to speak to my bank as apparently this constitutes a breach of contract and I can claim my money back. I will be following this procedure on the 28 working day deadline I have given them.
