Awful company. I stupidly didn't read the Trustpilot reviews until after I had placed an order. I requested a refund right away, which they agreed to. However, since then I've had emails to say my item has been dispatched. When questioned about it, they said my refund would arrive in 5-7 days. 2.5 weeks later I still don't have a delivery or a refund.
