Absolutely shocking customer service. Spent £22 on treats on 18th February and have still not received them nearly a month later. I got an email saying the order had left the warehouse and that they’d send a tracking number. Products still haven’t been received and no tracking number sent.
I’ve emailed and had no response. When you ring the message simply says ‘there is no one available to speak to you’, yet I’m receiving emails asking for reviews on products they’re claiming to have sent. Saying they fulfilled my order 14 days ago and can I review the products. If I’d actually received them maybe I would.
