Order was really late! I emailed to ask for a refund this was authorised and I was told this would be done, the refund never appeared even after constant contact with them, and each reply saying how sorry they were and this would be sorted asap. This went on for a week after and still customer service said the same thing! Then the order turns up even after an email confirms cancellation!!!
