You are correct, I recently placed an order with you for two dog baskets. This was on 24/02/23. I sent a chase email to you and then received an email after 10 days on 08/03/23 to say my order had gone to the warehouse and is on the way; a tracking number will be sent direct from the couriers as soon as they have collected my order. NOTHING still, after 7 days. This is absolutely appalling service on all counts. If nothing arrives by this weekend (3 weeks after placing my order) I will be emailing to cancel my order and for a full refund. Regards Jane Jones
