I placed an order online and I was waiting for nearly two weeks without getting any tracking information or the item that I ordered. I sent two emails to find out what happened and they told me that they will deal with the issue. Unfortunately on my third email I cancelled the order!
I placed a similar order from an other online pet shop and I had next day delivery!
You need to look issue like that if you want to keep your business running in the future.
