This company's "customer care" is non-existent!
Do not be duped into sending them money as I placed an order with them on Monday 6 March for James Wellbeloved dry dog food at £51.99. I received an email to confirm my order which stated I would receive a further email from their courier once the order had been collected for delivery.
On Tuesday 14 March with no contact from the courier I contacted Not in the Dog House directly and was advised by Amy that she would chase it up with the warehouse and have it dispatched straight away. Since then, nothing!
I have since checked reviews of this company (should have started here) and found this to be a common complaint.
I have now requested a full refund but won't be holding my breath for that going by the experience of other duped victims.
I suspect I may have to resort to contacting my bank.
