Order number 120675. Order was placed on 21st February and payment was taken. Today is March 17th and my order still hasn’t arrived.
I have emailed customer service and had no reply. I had an automated shipping notification on 8th March and still have not received the parcel. Will not order again.
I’ll give it a few more days and if the parcel still hasn’t arrived I’ll be pursuing a refund.
