My order didn’t arrive. After 2 weeks I chased it up and was told the order was in the warehouse waiting to be despatched. I waited a further 2 weeks then emailed for a refund. I then was told that my order had been cancelled and I had been refunded into my bank. This hasn’t happened and my latest email has been ignored.
Not a great way to run a business. Best avoided.
