FIled to deliver despite numerous emails. The worst thing was getting a review email asking us to rate the service of something that hasn't even been delivered. No wonder they were featured on Watchdog. Claims of it being dispatched three times are just not credible. Worst customer service possible and complete failure to take responsibility for delivering the order 0/10 all round.
