Unfortunately, I have to join the many of the others in saying that I haven’t received my order or the refund I requested.
Order was placed on 13th January, refund requested on 5th February and still no response to date (28th March).
Very lucky there are fast reliable suppliers out there otherwise my dogs would have been starving!
I would not have written this if there had been some form of acknowledgement or communication but there is none!
