On 28th February I ordered 6kg Arden Grange Light dog food plus Arden Grange crunchy bites light totaling £32.97
On 13th March I ordered a Danish sherpa dog blanket and a Fallow deer antler totaling £23.73
I have not received either order.
I requested that the orders be cancelled and that I have a refund. I haven't had any refund or any message from your company apart from a message telling me that my refund would be in my bank between 5-10 days. I haven't received either the order or the refund.
