I ordered a bulk pack of raw dog food for my pup. I waited well over a week without receiving my parcel. I emailed to check the progress to be reassured my parcel had been shipped and i would receive the shipping info to my email, 2 weeks later I still have not received this information. I have asked for a refund so we shall see if we ever get that…..
