I placed an order for £80 worth of dog food on the 10th March. I have not received this order over 3 weeks later despite being notified that it’s been dispatched over a week ago. I have contacted not in the dog house numerous times by email and have been told I should expect a tracking number soon to never receive one. I have tried calling on the contact number provided on the website for the line not to work. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend.
