I really can’t believe how poor the service is! I ordered weeks ago and STILL HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!! And now you send me an email how a rate the product! I don’t as I haven’t received it!

Below it asks how long it takes for someone to get back to you, it jumps from 6 to 12 hours then to a week. It takes 2 to 3 days to receive your unsatisfactory reply!
